The GAC Hub organisation comprises our four Hub Agency Centres in Houston, London, Dubai and Singapore, the Global Disbursement Centre and the "GACShip" support team in Dubai. It forms part of the Global Hub Services team, which is headed by General Manager, Capt. Tom Bjorklund, also based in Dubai. The Global Hub Service function is part of GAC Shipping, reporting directly to GAC's Group Vice-President for Shipping.

GAC Hub Service Packages
GAC offers a wide range of flexible, tailor-made hub agency services through the following options:
- Port D/A Administration
- Port D/A Management
- Port Call Management
All services are offered on a regional or global basis. Using any of the above three service options enables the client to outsource functions to GAC without losing control of the business process.
All services are managed through a single web portal - GACShip
Port D/A Administration and Port D/A Management are both neutral services regardless of the port agency chosen. These options also offer a centralised accounting facility as an optional service. Port Call Management offers the further option of using GAC's global network of owned offices, strategic partners and preferred port agents - in which centralised accounting is an automatic feature.
